The next picture shows Manfred Weyer sitting in the first company vehicle of Seibel und Weyer. Since 1969 this VW car was a big help to master the first larger orders. With increasing demand, the workload was almost not manageable for the two company’s founders. That is why almost half of the circle of friends helped them after work. Manfred Weyer who was responsible for the commercial part and Lothar Seibel who makes sure that the manual part was pushed on, agreed that they needed further help. Both dreamed of an employee who was just like them: enthusiastic, competent and blooded craftsman. There was only one person fulfilling all criteria: the in Butendorf living Alois Kuchejda. Lothar Seibel and Alois attended master school and knew each other well.
